Login Issues & forgot password.
If you have an account with us, you can log in using your email address and password. In case you forget your password and can’t access your account, you can select “forgot password.” Our system will email you a temporary password that you can use to log in. Once you have logged in, you can reset and create a new password. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our customer support team via phone or email at [email protected].
How do I change or cancel my order?
After you place an order, we process and ship it on the next business day. We apologize, but we cannot make any changes to orders once they have been shipped. If you need to return or exchange any part of your order, please contact our Customer Experience team. They are available to assist you and can be reached via phone at (289) 301-7200 or email at [email protected].
How can I pay for my online order? What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard credit cards and e-transfer as payment methods for your online order with Yuemi. You can place your order either online at yuemi.ca or by calling and speaking with one of our agents over the phone.

Who can buy and use essential oil diffusers?
We take the safety and responsible use of our products seriously at Yuemi.ca. As such, we require all customers to be at least 18 years old before purchasing or using any of our products. If you have any existing health concerns or take prescription medications regularly, please consult a medical professional before using our products. It’s important to note that pregnant individuals should not use these items as they were not designed with their needs in mind.
Do you test your products on animals?
We have never and will never test any Yuemi products on animals.
Are your products vegan?
All our products are 100% vegan, and the complete list of ingredients can be found on the product information page and printed on the label. We never use hidden or unlisted ingredients in our products.
Safety Recommendations
Baby & Children
When it comes to your baby and young child’s health and safety, we recommend that you consult with your pediatrician before introducing any new Yuemi product to their routine, especially for newborns up to 24 months of age.
Can I use Yuemi natural health products on my baby?
We advise that our natural health products are intended for adult use unless it’s formulated explicitly for infants and children. Hence, we do not recommend using our products on infants or children unless they are formulated specifically for them. We suggest consulting with your healthcare practitioner before using any of our essential oil-based products on babies and children.
Can I use any Yuemi products while I am pregnant?
We highly recommend consulting with your trusted healthcare professional before incorporating any essential oil-based products into your pregnancy regimen.
